Tip : Learn To Use Your Abs/Core In Every Exercise You Do

Want to know the best ab/core exercise?

It’s simple, with every exercise you do, learn to contract your abs and brace hard.

Now I am not saying on your next set of bicep curls in the Power Rack that you need to be flexing your abs in the mirror after your set.

What I mean is that you need to learn to brace on every single strength exercise you do.

Squats, Deads, Military Press, Push Press, Weighted Carries, Push Ups, and Chin Ups are ALL ab exercises when done properly.

Most people are amazed at how sore their core gets when doing a pull up once I show them the proper foot positioning and bracing to do during a pull up or chin up.

When a fighter gets punched in the stomach they learn to brace, when a football player gets tackled they learn to brace, when a powerlifter squats heavy, they brace.

Every exercise, every thing you do in training is an opportunity to engage your core and to get it stronger.

Ab Fix : Learn to lock you core and brace with everything you do. Learn how to turn it on and lock it, and learn how to relax and turn it off.
