Lower Core Training Tips
When it comes to core training, there is mass confusion as to exactly what “core training” actually is.
I view the core as pretty much the whole torso, and at times when locking or bracing, I look more at the WHOLE BODY working as one; strong as a full system. So, “core training” can be a bit confusing.
However, I feel it’s important at times to isolate and hit certain areas. In this case, the “lower core”.
Generally someone with issues like a weak lower back, APT (Anterior Pelvic Tilt), or even something as simple as looking to improve the musculature in the lower abs can benefit from these exercises.
Something to keep in mind with abdominal/core training…ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. Training your abs will not give you abs. You get abs by having LOW BODY FAT not doing thousands of crunches, silly pants.
Give these 4 lower-core exercises a try, and please leave me a comment below.
